MAY 2012 ACTIVITIES
• Complete installation of rooftop garage door.
• Complete roofing watertight/seal installation.
• Begin rooftop paver and landscape & irrigation installation.
• Continue installation of stone countertops.
• Continue interior painting in residential units up to level 17.
• Installation of hard flooring through level 14.
• Begin street improvement work along Madison, Minor and the east Alley.
• Complete installation of elevator fronts & doors.
MAY TRAFFIC / SITE IMPACTS:
• The pedestrian protection structure along the Madison Street sidewalk is schedule to be removed the first week of May.
• There will be miscellaneous deliveries of reinforcing steel, embeds to the site, masonry and architectural precast concrete panels.
• There will be miscellaneous concrete pump trucks and concrete trucks on pour days.
• Deliveries will be made from Minor Avenue.
• North Bound Minor Avenue will be closed from time to time to facilitate deliveries, concrete placing activities, and utility work at Minor. Proper traffic control measures and Off-Duty Seattle Police Officers will provide traffic control during these times.
• The alley on the East side of the 1200 Madison site will be closed from time to time to facilitate deliveries. Proper traffic control measures will be in place during these times.
• Holland Partner Group will be working miscellaneous Saturdays in accordance with construction permits and City of Seattle Construction Management Plan.

JUNE 2012 ACTIVITIES
• Demobilize man-lift the first week of June and install remaining precast panels.
• Receive temporary operating permit from L&I for building elevators.
• Complete installation of stone countertops in residential units.
• Continue exterior landscaping and irrigation on level 3 & rooftop decks.
• Continue Lobby and Common Area finishes.
• Complete storefront and main entry on level 1.
• Continue street improvement work along Madison, Minor and the east Alley.
• Complete installation of hard wood flooring.
JUNE TRAFFIC / SITE IMPACTS:
• The alley on the East side of the 1200 Madison site will be closed during the man-lift demobilization and traffic control will be put in place.
• There will be miscellaneous deliveries of reinforcing steel, embeds to the site, masonry and architectural precast concrete panels.
• There will be miscellaneous concrete pump trucks and concrete trucks on pour days.
• Deliveries will be made from Minor Avenue.
• North Bound Minor Avenue will be closed from time to time to facilitate deliveries, concrete placing activities, and utility work at Minor. Proper traffic control measures and Off-Duty Seattle Police Officers will provide traffic control during these times.
